1.Product description
WF-6021 New organic silicon defoamer researched by our company which is high efficiency emulsion defoamer with special emulsification process. It is mainly for the foam produced by surfactant systems which has the characteristics of good defoaming capacity and long foam-inhibiting period that can be used in the process of oilfield exploitation well cementing, can also apply to concrete mixer, mineral flotation, etc
2.Product Characteristics
●Fast defoaming speed,long foam-inhibiting period
●For most of the sticky water-based system has a good ability to eliminate the bubbles
●Non-toxic and harmless, easy to degrade
3.Method of application
WF-6021 defoamer can be added directly or diluted properly added in different system, generally add amount should be 50 ~ 300 PPM, the concrete adding point and actual amount plus depend on site condition and the result of field test
4.Packaging and storage and precautions
Packing: 25kg, 200kg or negotiated packing. Room temperature, sealed storage, prevent strong light irradiation, product shelf life of 1 year.
5. Safety
Avoid contact with eyes and respiratory system. In case of accidental contact, flush with plenty of water in time. If the situation is serious, seek medical advice immediately.
