Anhui Juli Oil Drilling Equipment Technology Co., LTD was established in July 2017.
We are a research and development, manufacturing, sales, service in one of the oil field drilling equipment and spare parts production enterprises.
The company's annual output of 1 million pieces/sets of special equipment and accessories for oil drilling and production intelligent industrial park was put into operation in July 2023, covering an area of 40 acres, with a total investment of 100 million yuan; There are 15,000 square meters of modern production plant, 4,000 square meters of office R & D building, and about 130 employees. Equipped with CNC high energy electric screw forging press, automatic conveying system, digital, intelligent production and storage system, continuous multi-purpose furnace heat treatment, TPU injection molding and automatic CPU seal production line; Form a closed-loop intelligent production line from raw materials into the factory to finished products, with an annual output of more than 1 million pieces/sets of various accessories.
The product range includes:
Plunger pump accessories for different types of fracturing truck: Valve body,Valve seat, Valve rubber, plunger packing assembly, gland, large pump pressure cap, etc.
Drilling mud pump accessories: pump valve assembly, valve seat, valve rubber, ceramic cylinder liner, bimetal cylinder liner and special piston.
The enterprise has won the title of high-tech enterprise, municipal specialized and special new enterprise, national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise, and Anhui Province specialized and special new enterprise; In December 2023, it established a joint (experimental) innovation Center for oil drilling and Production equipment with Hefei University of Technology, obtained API-Q1 and API-7K qualifications in 2024, and was listed as the engineering technology Research Center for special oil drilling and production equipment in Chizhou City for four consecutive years;
