Purpose: Recovery of flare gas, recovery of test vent air, temporary recovery of wellhead gas, and permanent trial production of well gas.
Problem solved: An integrated sled - achieving functions such as wellhead natural gas sand removal, gas-liquid separation, heating (or pre cooling), supersonic dehydration and hydrocarbon removal, trade level metering, and online monitoring of water dew point. After purification, NG directly enters the urban pipeline network or CNG is directly filled and transported out.
After treatment, the gas quality meets the GB17820 Class I and Class II gas quality standards.

Chengdu Hua DeLeap Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu Huadi Lipu Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., was established in April 2006 and reorganized into Chengdu Huadi Lipu Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. in December 2012.
The company is composed of a group of oil and gas storage and transportation and chemical machinery engineers who have worked at Jiangsu Oilfield Design Institute for many years, focusing on the design, manufacturing, and on-site technical services of skid-mounted equipment for purification and treatment of natural gas at the wellhead.
After obtaining the national patent technology for supersonic vortex separation in April 2013, the company developed a supersonic dehydration and dehydrocarbon integrated sled (vehicle mounted dehydration and dehydrocarbon sled) with a daily processing capacity of 200000 standard cubic meters, 500000 standard cubic meters, and 800000 standard cubic meters, and a pressure rating of 25MPa, mainly used for high-pressure wellhead venting, test gas recovery, and temporary production of high-pressure wellhead. Currently, it has been in the Northwest Bureau of Sinopec, Changqing Oilfield PetroChina Southwest Branch promotes large-scale use.
