1．Product description
WF-SN96 is prepared by advanced technology of polyether alcohols, silicone grease and other low surface active substances.It has excellent stability under extreme high temperature, and can control the foam height in delayed coking process well, while improving the utilization rate of equipment, without affecting the quality of produced oil. Compared with similar products, it has strong anti-foam performance.
2．Characteristics
● High temperature stability, suitable for high temperature system
● Can eliminate the foam quickly and restrain the foam for a long time
● Low silicon products, does not affect the output of oil products
4．Method of use
It can be used directly or diluted. It is recommended to use metering pump for continuous addition. In general, the recommended dosage of 0.01~0.3% can effectively eliminate and prevent foam regeneration, but the optimal dosage should be determined through field testing.
5．Packing and storage
Use 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg packaging or negotiation packaging, sealed at room temperature to avoid light storage, to avoid long-term exposure to extreme hot and cold environment, the shelf life of the product is 1 year.
