WF-406 Imidazoline polyoxymethylene ether Anticorrosive agent

1. Product introduction

WF-406 Imidazoline polyoxyethylene ether is a non-ionic surfactant ether formed by the reaction of ethylene oxide and imidazoline with good water solubility, fast film forming speed. As the main functional component of acid-resistant preservative, it can effectively inhibit the corrosion of acid on oil wells and pipelines, especially H2S corrosion.

3. Scope of application

1.This product is suitable for oil extraction, natural gas mining, gathering and transportation process anticorrosion. 2.Anti-corrosion of fractionation tower top and condensation cooling system in atmospheric and decompression, catalytic, cracking, hydrorefining, hydrocracking and ethylene cracking units

3.Cooling water system anticorrosion running under low and medium hardness, medium,high alkalinity and low concentration multiple

4.Oilfield sewage treatment and reinjection system anticorrosion

5.Comprehensive water content, high CO2 gathering and transportation pipeline and oil well anticorrosion.

6. It is the main component of corrosion inhibitor and can be mixed with other corrosion inhibitor components and solvents to be used as corrosion inhibitor

3. Method of use

Add according to standard and process, add quantity to meet the site production demand

4. Package and storage

(1). This product is packed in 200kg plastic drums, or according to customer requirements for packaging.

(2). Store in cool, dry, and ventilated place, valid for one year.

5. Safety Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing, otherwise rinse with plenty of water.
