WF-805 Cooling water system scale inhibitor

1. Product introduction

The scale inhibitor for WF-805 cooling water system contains a large number of carboxyl, hydroxyl and ether groups, which have good complexation and dispersion properties for calcium, magnesium and copper plasma in water solvent, The scale inhibitor has good deactivation effect on salts with these ions. The experiment confirmed that the agent has good scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition performance, and the residual agent in the discharged water can be decomposed by microorganisms, which will not cause environmental accumulation and pollution, and there is no eutrophication consequence. The finished product is a novel and environmentally friendly scale inhibitor for cooling water system.

2. Product application

It can be widely used in power, metallurgy, chemical, textile, medicine, etc., and can be configured with different types of products according to the circulating colling water quality of different enterprises.

4. Method of use

According to the customer's water quality test to obtain the dosage, the daily required scale inhibitor into the plastic dosing drum, in order to facilitate the use of soft water dilution with the metering pump or through the control valve door agent at the circulation pump entrance (that is, the outlet of the sump) continuously added. Dosing concentration is generally 10~45ppm.
