WF-YT227 Fracturing defoamer
1. Product description
WF-YT227 is an emulsion defoamer prepared by advanced emulsification process of polyether alcohols, polyether modified silicon, silicone lipids and other low surface active substances.
It is stable in emulsion state at higher temperature and will not cause the phenomenon of breaking milk and drifting oil, especially suitable for high temperature conditions. Compared with similar products, the product has strong anti-foam performance.
2. Characteristics
● High temperature stability, suitable for high temperature system
● It can eliminate the foam quickly and restrain the foam for a long time
● No demulsification, No floating oil
3. Method of use
It can be used directly or diluted. Recommended to use metering pump for continuous addition. Generally, the recommended amount of 0.01 to 0.3% can effectively eliminate and prevent foam regeneration, but according to different fracturing fluid ratio, the best amount of addition should be determined through field testing
4. Packing and storage
Use 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg packaging or negotiation packaging.
Sealed at room temperature to avoid light storage, to avoid long-term exposure to extreme hot and cold environment.
The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
