High performance positive displacement screw motors consist of a powertrain, a winding shaft assembly and a drive shaft assembly designed for workover and coiled tubing operations.
Technical advantages:
1) The oil-bath type self-lubricating bearing seal structure is adopted, which abandons the traditional screw ball bearing scheme and improves the impact resistance;
2) The upgraded third generation fixed rotor linear structure further enhances the lead spiral sealing capability and improves the energy conversion efficiency;
3) The injection process of the stator shell is optimized, and the rubber imported from Germany is preferred to improve the wear resistance of the tool and extend the working life of the motor; This kind of screw motor has proved to be extremely reliable and economical after many years of field use.
