ADIPEC, as the world's top oil and gas industry event, showcases over a thousand products, services, and cutting-edge technologies through various forms such as forum meetings, technical seminars, and exhibitions. The four day exhibition in 2022 gathered over 2200 exhibitors from 28 international and national exhibition groups, attracting over 150000 professionals to visit, with a total exhibition area of 140000 square meters.
On October 2-5, 2023, the ADIPEC exhibition, located in the heart of global oil and gas reserves, will once again focus on global attention, providing an ideal platform for elites in the oil and gas industry to exchange ideas and enhance cooperation.

Due to global oil prices exceeding $60 per barrel for the first time in more than two years, the oil and gas industry is continuously striving to improve operational efficiency and diversify operations to adapt to the constantly changing energy landscape. By collaborating and partnering, innovation, and business efficiency, we aim to achieve intelligent growth and drive investment across the entire value chain, in line with the industry's strategic direction, and achieve stable and sustainable long-term growth in the industry.
In the United Arab Emirates, over 90% of oil and gas resources and production activities are concentrated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi onshore oil field development project includes 15 oil fields, of which 9 are in production and 6 are under development. Currently, the average daily production is about 1.6 million barrels, and it is expected to reach 1.8 million barrels in 2017. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company holds 60% of the project's equity, with the remaining equity granted to foreign investors.
With the deepening of the national "the Belt and Road" strategy, Chinese enterprises are also accelerating the pace of overseas distribution. The United Arab Emirates, located on the Arabian Peninsula, is one of the most important oil producing and exporting countries in the world. It is currently China's second largest trading partner in the Middle East and the largest market in the region. The trade volume between the two sides reached 60 billion US dollars in 2016. China has become the sixth largest crude oil export destination for Abu Dhabi. This provides important strategic opportunities for Chinese enterprises to "go global". In February 2017, China signed an energy cooperation agreement with National Petroleum of the United Arab Emirates. As early as May 2013, PetroChina signed a land and sea exploration and development agreement with Abu Dhabi National Petroleum Company. The signing of the cooperation agreement again this time is another major breakthrough in the upstream field of oil in the United Arab Emirates, which will further consolidate and deepen the strategic partnership between the UAE and China, and has complementary advantages for both countries.
